GNRC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to link additional sites, or to remove existing linked sites at any time and without notice.
REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
The service is distributed on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Web site visitor hereby acknowledges that use of the service is at his or her own risk.
CHANGES TO SERVICE
GNRC reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the Service or this Agreement. Lastly, GNRC may also impose limits on certain features and services without notice or liability. Notification of any such change will be posted on the website.
PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS
GNRC is subject to Tennessee Code Annotated, TCA 10-7-501, et seq., which requires economical and efficient access to public records as provided under the Tennessee Public Records Act.
NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY AND COMPLAINT FORM
GNRC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, limited English proficiency, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, creed or disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. Discrimination against any person in recruitment, examination, appointment, training, promotion, retention, discipline or any other employment practices because of non-merit factors is prohibited. Any person who believes that discrimination has occurred by GNRC, its contractors, grant sub-recipients, or consultants may file a written complaint with the GNRC Non-Discrimination Coordinator. Complaints may also be filed with the state or federal agency involved, and with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.

LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (LEP) POLICY
It is the policy of the GNRC to take reasonable steps to provide timely and meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency encountering the agency and its programs. Individuals needing assistance with translation may contact GNRC by calling its main line at 615-862-8828 for general needs or the Information and Assistance Hotline at 615-255-1010 for aging and disability services. GNRC utilizes a third-party interpretation service provider to aid callers.

GNRC social media channels and blog, or those of GNRC programs, provide an opportunity for sharing & discussing information about GNRC-relevant programs and activities. Comments/opinions expressed by users of social media channels (facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Linkedln, blog) are theirs alone and do not reflect the opinions of the GNRC or its employees. All public comments are reviewed and screened to ensure compliance with the external user guidelines provided below. GNRC encourages members of the public to submit their questions, comments, and concerns, but please note that all GNRC social media channels are moderated online discussion sites, not a public forum.
