Board of Directors
The 13-member Board of Directors is empowered to act on behalf of the Regional Council body in executing agreements and working with the Executive Director to develop the annual work program and budget, evaluating membership dues rates, and maintaining organizational and personnel policies and procedures. The Board consists of Regional Council officers and a member from each GNRC county not represented by one of the officers. The Board typically meets on the second Tuesday of the first month of each quarter.
