Home Repair Grant Opportunities Available

Home repair grants are available for eligible homeowners in Ashland City, Coopertown, White Bluff, Vanleer, Slayden, and Eagleville. The Greater Nashville Regional Council is now accepting applications for home repair grant funds through the Tennessee Housing Development Authority’s HOME Rehabilitation Program.

This program is open to income-eligible homeowners within the city limits.

HOME grant funds may be used to assist homeowners with the repair, rehabilitation, or reconstruction of their primary residence, as well as to correct safety issues and provide weatherization. The cornerstone of the HOME program is to bring properties that are not code compliant into compliance with building codes, and meet THDA’s design standards.

The deadline to apply is March 15, 2019. To find out if you qualify, please read all FAQ’s and eligibility guidelines. Income guidelines can be found on the THDA website here. To apply for the HOME grant, please print and fill out a copy of the application here.
